A submission acknowledgement, reference number, or any communication from KCI doesn't mean your opportunity or application has been accepted, that a counterparty match has been identified, or that a transaction will proceed.
All opportunities are subject to independent verification, documentation, commercial review, and acceptance at KCI's sole discretion. KCI doesn't guarantee a match, acceptance, funding, shipment, payment, completion, profit, commission, or any particular transaction outcome.

You agree not to circumvent, bypass, or attempt to transact directly with any counterparty introduced or identified by KCI without KCI's express written consent and participation. Circumvention of KCI's introductions or commercial relationships may result in legal action and a claim for all commissions, damages, and costs.
Separate written agreements, including but not limited to non circumvention, non disclosure, and commission agreements, may be required before KCI shares protected counterparty information or facilitates introductions.
