About KCI
Kommodities Collective Inc. is a U.S. incorporated, relationship-based commodity brokerage. We facilitate international B2B transactions in physical commodities by qualifying buyers and sellers, protecting introductions, aligning commercial terms, and coordinating the pathway to closing.
KCI facilitates transactions across multiple commodity sectors, including edible oils and food grade products, base and precious metals, energy and petroleum products, and agricultural raw materials. We structure our coverage around verticals rather than individual products, which means we can work across categories as opportunities arise.
No. KCI is a commercial intermediary. We don't take title to goods, don't hold client transaction funds, and don't act as a principal in any transaction. Our role is to manage the commercial process between buyers and sellers reviewed through our qualification process.
KCI is incorporated in Utah, United States. We operate internationally, facilitating transactions between parties across multiple regions and jurisdictions.
A reference number confirms that your submission has been received. It doesn't mean your opportunity or application has been accepted. Every submission goes through a qualification and review process before anything advances.
Once you submit your information, our team receives a notification and will begin reviewing your submission. You'll be contacted via the email address or WhatsApp number you provided to verify your details and discuss next steps. If you don't hear from us within a few business days, check your spam or junk folder for a message from agent@kommoditiescollective.com. From there, we'll walk you through the pre-qualification process and outline what's needed to move forward.
The Process
How It Works
Because undocumented introductions are the primary way intermediaries and agents lose deals. Once a buyer and seller know each other's identity without a written framework in place, there's nothing protecting the relationship or the people who created it. Documentation isn't bureaucracy. It's the foundation the entire process is built on.
No. The protection phase exists for a reason, and it's not optional. Counterparty identities, specifications, and confidential commercial information are only shared after written agreements are in place. This protects every party in the transaction, including you.
It depends on the readiness of both parties. If a buyer and seller are both qualified, specifications are aligned, and payment instruments are in place, a transaction can move through the full process in weeks. More commonly, qualification and alignment take time, especially for first transactions between new parties. We don't rush the process to meet artificial timelines.
The process stops. We don't introduce parties that haven't been qualified, and we don't advance opportunities that aren't sufficiently defined. If a party can't demonstrate authority, capacity, or a clearly defined requirement, we'll explain what's missing and whether there's a path to re-engage.
Every introduction is documented and attributed before it happens. If a relationship originated through KCI, that origin is recorded and protected regardless of how many transactions follow. This is the core of how we operate.
Preliminary review is the initial evaluation of a submission. We assess whether the requirement or offering is clearly defined, whether the submitting party has authority and capacity, and whether the opportunity is viable enough to advance to the next phase. It's not a commitment from either side.
After you submit, our team is notified and will review your information. We'll reach out to you through the email or WhatsApp number you provided to verify your details and begin the pre-qualification process. If you haven't heard from us within a few business days, check your spam or junk folder for a message from agent@kommoditiescollective.com. Once we've connected, we'll walk you through what's needed to advance.
Buyers
Sourcing Supply
Because we don't publish supply details openly. The identities and specifications of sellers in our process are protected. By submitting your requirement first, we can evaluate whether there's a viable match and begin the qualification process. This protects both sides.
We verify corporate identity, authority to transact, product specifications, production or supply capacity, and the financial instruments the seller is prepared to work with. Not every seller advances. Qualification is how we ensure the parties you're introduced to are worth your time.
KCI has a standardized commission structure that's built into the commercial terms of the transaction. The structure is agreed in advance and documented before introductions are made.
Yes. Buyers and sellers each have their own submission process. If you operate on both sides, you can submit through both channels. Each submission is evaluated independently.
Sellers
Offering Supply
For the same reason buyers don't see supply details before submitting. Counterparty information is protected. By submitting your offering, we can evaluate the opportunity, begin qualification, and determine whether there's a viable match on the buy side.
We verify corporate identity, purchasing authority, financial capacity, the instruments they're prepared to use, and the specifics of their requirement. Buyers who can't demonstrate readiness don't advance to introductions.
Your submission details, specifications, and identity are held confidentially. Nothing is shared with a counterparty until written agreements are in place. Every disclosure is documented and attributed.
Agents
Partnership
No. KCI partners with independent contractors under written, commission-based agreements. This isn't a job posting. There are no salaries, benefits, job security, or guaranteed earnings. It's a structured partnership for experienced intermediaries who bring their own relationships to the table.
Agents earn commissions on transactions that close through relationships they bring. KCI has a standardized commission structure that we apply to our transactions, and the terms are agreed in writing before any introductions are made. You know the structure before you bring anything to the table.
Every relationship you bring is documented and attributed before any counterparty information is exchanged. Written agreements are in place before introductions happen. Your submissions and introductions are logged in the agent portal, which tracks attribution throughout the entire deal process. From the moment you bring a relationship to the table, that introduction follows you through to closing. If a transaction closes through a relationship you originated, that origin is on record.
No. You don't disclose counterparty names, contact details, or protected information until a written agreement is in place that covers attribution and confidentiality. The application process is designed to evaluate fit without requiring you to expose your network.
Experienced intermediaries, brokers, and agents who already have relationships with commodity buyers or sellers and want a protected, structured framework to work within. People who've been circumvented before and want documented attribution. People with an active deal or a book of contacts who need the commercial infrastructure to move things forward.
Your application goes through a review process. If there's a potential fit, we'll schedule a conversation to discuss the opportunity, the partnership structure, and what working together looks like. An application doesn't mean acceptance, and a conversation doesn't mean commitment from either side.
Business Model
How KCI Earns
KCI is a relationship-based commodity brokerage. We earn commissions on the transactions we facilitate. We don't charge upfront fees, retainers, or subscription costs. We earn when deals close.
KCI has a standardized commission structure that we apply to our transactions. Whether you're on the buy side, the sell side, or partnering as an independent agent, the structure is documented and agreed before any introductions are made. This consistency reflects the processes we've built and the value of the relationships we facilitate.
No. There's no cost to submit a buyer requirement, a seller offering, or an agent application. The commission is earned on closed transactions, not on submissions or inquiries.
